HOTEL POLICY AND INFORMATION

CHECK –IN: 12h00

CHECK Out: 10.00am

Late Departure: If you wish to keep your room it’s at an extra cost, advice Front Office 1 day before to verify availability.

Late Connection: Upon your departure if your connection is in the late afternoon, Front Office can store your luggage for the day and provide you with a shower room to refresh before you leave.

Early Departure: Please advise Front office or the Restaurant 1 day before, so we can organize a packed breakfast for you the night before.

RESERVATION POLICY –

You must book your room on our website or contact us directly on            colibrihotel-praslin.com.

Once you confirm your booking a 30% of your total stay, will be blocked on your card as a deposit to secure your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY –

60 Days to 30 Days before your arrival – 30 % Cancellation Fee will be charged

30 Days to Date of your arrival – 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged

 PAYMENT

Accommodation and extras can be settle by cash or credit card (master card and visa only).

RESTAURANT

The breakfast is included in all our rates and cannot be deducted from the room rate in case of non-consumption.

BREAKFAST Continental – 7.30 – 9.30

DINNER – 7.30 (Set Menu with Starter, Main Course a choice of Meat or Fish, Dessert, Tea, Coffee or Citronelle/lemongrass) for only 25 € / adult – 15 € for children over 2 years old.

The menu is changed every day depending on our fresh collection of products.

The half board basis comprises of Breakfast and Dinner.

 INTERNET

Wi-Fi service available at a cost of 10€ for unlimited service.

 LAUNDRY

A ‘’ 7 day a week ‘’ laundry service is available (Payable for personal clothes)

 ELECTRICITY

The main voltage at the hotel is 200/240 volts (UK standard).

PRASLIN JETTY - Boat to La Digue, Mahe and surrounding Island – 5 Minutes’ walk

BEACH – Closest beach15 minutes by Car or Bus.

BUS SERVICE – Ask front office to guide you with the bus schedule and advise on what to do. The buses goes around the island nearly every 2 hours.

BUS STOP -  Only 5 minutes’ walk.

BANK– 20 minutes’ walk to Baie Ste Anne village

RESTAURANT- Closest 15 minutes by Car or Bus.

 

ARRIVAL TIME: 

It is important that you confirm your arrival time to the hotel 2 days prior to your arrival; this will facilitate your hotel transfer and Check –In.

TRANSFERS:

Jetty:If you are arriving to Praslin Island by boat, we offer a FREE TRANSFER to and from the Hotel at the following times;-

Jetty to Hotel: 11.30, 12.30, 14.45 & 16.00           Hotel to Jetty:  9.15, 12.15, 15.15 & 16.00

Airport: If you are taking the plane from Mahe to Praslin Island, please take a Taxi directly from the Praslin Airport to the Hotel.  For price and payment organize with Taxi directly.

Departure time: Please advise the hotel reception of your departure time to facilitate Check-Out and transfers.

BEACH TOWELS – Please bring your own, as we provide only Pool Towels for the hotel pool only NOT SUITABLE FOR THE BEACH.

Print outs:-

If you have made any bookings online for hotels, excursions, air fare, boat fare or car rental, please organise before you arrive as we do not provide print outs.

Internet:-

We provide internet in your room, reception, Pool area and restaurant for 10 Euros for your entire stay. Note we are in the islands and the internet is not perfect.

Car Hire: To better visit the island it is recommended to rent a car. You may contact Aventure Car Hire  aventure@seychelles.net in advance to reserve your car and choose whether you wish to have an automatic or manual car.

If you are planning to take the boat from Mahe to Praslin upon your arrival, please book and confirm with CATCOCOS Company directly reservation@catcocos.com or www.catcocosbooking.com.
